Plane Spotting at DFW

Here is my latest video of my trip to Dallas Ft. Worth International Airport.

On May 5th, 2011 Spirit Airlines will be flying into Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Spirit will have 2 flights a day to Ft. Lauderdale and Las Vegas. Now along with Virgin America, there will be two airlines competing with American Airlines and their expensive prices.

Space is Near

There are new airports being made called Spaceports. These airports are made only for specialty aircraft that will fly to space and back. Right now there is only one in New Mexico. The aircraft are pretty sweet looking. But the price is out of this world at $200,000 per person. For only 6 minutes of zero gravity, I am willing to take the risk. It has been tested and worked perfectly.

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

Let's talk about our new airline ..... ViRgIn AmErIcA

Virgin america is doing a few flights a day out of DFW to LAX and SFO. They only own 1 gate here at Dallas but will soon gain a few more. They are talking about 50 flights a day out of Dallas to all over the country in the near future. This low cost carrier is making of carriers here at Dallas run for there money.

Southwest Airlines (new service)

Southwest airlines has announced yesterday that they will be flying non-stop flights between Boston Logan International Airport and Philadelphia International Airport.

Boeing 787 News

Well every one knows about the 787 right. During Friday they had some assembly in the tail area and they already finished 23 dreamliners but they will go back and inspect them all. Also not to mention that this 787 is already 2 and a half years late in the market.
